A common problem in cutting operations is workpiece overcut. The causes are nothing more than insufficient strength or unsuitable size of the tool, flawed operating procedures, and uneven cutting allowances and cutting parameters. To solve the above problems, the principle of using a knife that should be followed first is that it can be big or small, and can be short or long. Reasonably add the corner cleaning program, and keep the allowance as uniform as possible; round the corners with large allowances, and adjust the cutting parameters reasonably; the operator is diligent in fine-tuning the speed to make the cutting speed of the processing plant more reasonable, and the SF function of the equipment can be used.


Common centring problems include inaccurate manual operation by the operator, burrs around the die, four sides not vertical, and the centring bar not completely demagnetized. This requires the operator to check carefully during manual operation, and try to be at the same point and the same height in the middle. After the deburring is completed, the periphery of the mold is wiped with a cloth, and then the surface is rubbed by hand to determine the removal of the burr. Demagnetize the center rod before the mold is divided, or it can be replaced by a ceramic center rod.


Common problems of tool setting include inaccurate manual operation by the operator; incorrect tool clamping; incorrect blade on the flying knife; there is an error between the R knife and the flat-bottomed knife and the flying knife. The knife environment should be adjusted, and the knife should be kept at the same point as much as possible. When the knife is clamped, it should be kept dry and clean. It can be wiped clean with a cloth and dried with a blow gun. A subroutine for tool setting can also be programmed separately to reduce the R tool error.
