What does machining do?
Machining can be divided into manual machining and numerical control machining.
Manual machining refers to the manual control by mechanical workers
Lathe, milling machine, planer, grinder, drilling machine, sawing machine, shearing machine, punching machine, welding and other mechanical processing equipment, as well as fitter, electrician, assembler and other manual operations, to realize the method of machining various metal or non-metal materials. Manual machining is generally suitable for the production and processing of single piece, medium and small batch mechanical parts, as well as large mechanical parts.
Numerical control machining (CNC) refers to the processing of mechanical parts by mechanical workers using numerical control automatic equipment. These CNC automatic equipment include machining center, turning and milling center, WEDM equipment, thread cutting machine and other automatic equipment. The vast majority of machine tools adopt NC machining technology. Through programming, the machining instructions of the workpiece are converted into program language. The CNC controller of the NC machine tool controls the NC machine tool equipment by identifying and interpreting the program language, and automatically removes the machining of materials according to the requirements, so as to obtain fine and accurate machined parts. Numerical control machining processes parts in a continuous way, which is suitable for machining parts with complex shape, high precision and large batch.
