Anhui Eft completed the acquisition of Italian ROBOX and acquired 100% equity of W.F.C Group, a European automotive equipment and robot system integrator; Shanghai Xinshida acquired Hangzhou Zhishan Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd.
