Process characteristics of CNC machining
In the field of machining, CNC machining, also known as computer gong machining, belongs to CNC machining equipment. The machining process of computer gongs can be divided into roughing, medium-roughing, semi-finishing and finishing. In order to prevent the workpiece from loosening due to the cutting vibration during roughing, the table should be checked in time after roughing, and it is necessary to recalibrate the tool. For complex machined parts, since a larger tool is used for roughing, a large amount of allowance remains at the corner, and a smaller tool than that used for roughing is used for secondary roughing or corner cleaning. In the case of a relatively large machining area, semi-finishing can be performed in order to reduce tool wear. The above processing process leaves enough allowance to prevent over-cutting, and then carries out the finishing process.
