Precautions when CNC precision parts are off the machine
If you are engaged in CNC machining, you should know that in the stamping process of CNC precision parts, the risk factor is relatively high due to the use of high-speed punching machines. Improper operation will cause serious damage to the CNC precision parts, and the safety of the operator will also be harmed. Therefore, when the CNC precision parts need to be off the machine, remember to perform the following operations to ensure the safety of the CNC precision parts and operators.
There are two cases for CNC precision parts to dismount: 1. Normal dismounting, 2. Abnormal dismounting.
1. CNC precision parts are normally off the machine:
1. First hit the punch to 'inchMove the switch to hit the punch to the bottom dead center (180°) and cut the material belt; it is strictly forbidden to cut the material belt when the CNC precision parts are not at the bottom dead center, which will easily lead to deformation of the material belt and damage to the CNC precision parts.
3. Loosen the upper and lower die screws.
4. Hit the punch to the top dead center, and at the same time pull the CNC precision parts to the center of the CNC precision parts car. Two people are done at the same time, and one person cannot pull CNC precision parts to ensure safety.
5. The CNC precision parts cart must be pulled away from the punch for a certain distance before the height of the CNC precision parts cart can be lowered. Prevent CNC precision parts from being stuck on the punch platform, causing CNC precision parts to slip off.
6. Clamping screws, scissors, material hooks, flashlights, etc. are strictly prohibited from being placed on the punching machine operating surface platform when CNC precision parts are moulded.
Second, CNC precision parts are abnormally off the machine:
1. Turn off the power of the host and the counter;
2. Wait for the flywheel After the complete stop, place the plastic or paper core on the front and rear diagonal anti-height posts of the CNC precision parts. It should not be placed between the stripping plate and the mold core fixing plate, nor can an iron block be used instead of plastic to be placed in the CNC precision parts.
3. Shake the flywheel with a safety rod (do not pull out the flywheel by hand or use a safety rod to prevent the flywheel from running before the flywheel stops) and stick to the upper and lower stop posts.
4 .Loosen the upper and lower die screws, use a safety rod to pull the flywheel to 0°~70°, then the die can be pulled down.
Finally, let’s talk about the precautions for CNC precision parts to be off the machine:
1. Before pulling CNC precision parts, confirm the CNC precision parts feeding The material belt support plate has been loosened and taken off.
2. When the CNC precision parts cannot be pulled, one person can pull it out and one person can push it back. (Don't push back with two people at the same time to push the CNC precision parts out of the punch platform) You can also use the mold lift screw to wrap the screw hole of the lower mold base, and then lift both hands up a little and then pull out.
3. When the CNC precision parts are pulled away from the punching machine, the CNC precision parts car should not turn too sharply, to prevent the guide plate or material support plate from hanging on the punching machine or the soundproof cover of the punching machine, causing damage to the CNC precision parts or CNC precision parts. Parts slip.
4. Do not jog any more during abnormal lowering, especially after the CNC precision parts are filled with plastic.
5. Turn off the main machine of the punch press and other power supplies after the CNC precision parts die to avoid waste of resources.
6. When the CNC precision parts are stopped normally, the CNC precision parts should be jogged until the guide needle enters the round hole of the material belt. tape.) It is strictly forbidden to stop the CNC precision parts at the bottom dead center. (It is easy to reduce the service life of the in-mold spring)
