Precautions for the operation of cutting machine tools during CNC precision machining

The cutting machine used in the CNC precision machining process is composed of two parts: the host computer and the control cabinet, and is equipped with an automatic programming and control system. In the process of CNC precision machining, the operation of the cutting machine has the following precautions:

1. At the beginning, special attention should be paid: first turn on the wire conveying system, and then turn on the working fluid pump to avoid the working fluid from immersing in the bearing of the guide wheel. When stopping, the working fluid pump should be turned off first, and then stop the wire system after a short pause.

(1) The feed speed and the electro-erosion speed should be well coordinated during cutting. Do not under-track or track too tightly. Under-tracking makes the CNC lathe often in an open-circuit state, the current is unstable, and it is easy to cause wire breakage. If a short circuit is caused, the material removal rate will also be reduced. Generally, the frequency conversion feed is adjusted so that the processing current is about 0.85 times the short circuit current, and the ammeter pointer is slightly shaken;

(2) To change the electrical parameters of CNC lathe machining, the pulse power output must be turned off (except for adjusting the interval potentiometer RP1). Generally, the machining electrical parameters should not be changed during the machining process, otherwise the machining surface roughness will be different.

2. Pay attention to personal and equipment safety.

3. During the CNC precision machining process, be careful not to collide with any operation, especially when the equipment is running or under pressure, any assembly and disassembly work is not allowed.

4. Attention should be paid to the use of appropriate tools for adjustment and to apply force at the correct position.

5. The operation should be completed within the specified time, comply with the basic operating specifications, and pay attention to safety.

6. After the CNC precision machining operation is completed, pay attention to cleaning the site and preparing
