4. When using the extension cable, especially to grasp the depth of the knife, it is necessary to use the data information such as the knife length;
5. Before the CNC machining blade is installed on the machine, the parts where the finish matches each other should be wiped clean with a cleaning towel, and the opposite parts of the CNC lathe tool sleeve are also clean, so as to prevent iron pins on the mating surfaces from harming the precision and damaging the CNC lathe;
6. Generally, the sharp knife setting method is used for the length of the CNC blade (the case of the tool setting in the state), and the tool setting should be carefully checked on the program flow table. Tool status;
7. When the program ends or the tool is calibrated again, you should pay attention to whether the deep tool can be connected to the front. Generally, you can adjust 0 first. mm line, and then adjust it according to the state;
8. Rotary retractable blade, if water-soluble cutting oil is used, it should be used every half month or so Grease soaks for several minutes for maintenance, which can lubricate the internal parts of the blade and prevent damage.
