What problems are prone to occur in the CNC machining process?
As we all know, the machining process carried out by CNC machining has high efficiency and good quality, especially to achieve the best accuracy. But we often say that there are advantages and disadvantages. If we do not operate properly in the CNC machining process, it is easy to cause some unavoidable problems.
According to the experience of CNC machining manufacturers, the following problems commonly exist in CNC machining operations:
The first problem: CNC The machining process is too scattered
The CNC machining process is too scattered, the reason is that the processing preparation time is insufficient, the programming is simple, the operation is simple, the use of one knife is easy to adjust, the knife is easy to adjust, and it is used to ordinary processing. As a result, it is difficult to guarantee the product quality (position tolerance), and the production efficiency cannot be fully exerted.
So CNC machining technicians and operators should have a comprehensive understanding of CNC machining knowledge, try more, master the relevant knowledge, try to use the method of process concentration for processing, and use it several times, which will naturally reflect its superiority. The use process is concentrated and the unit processing time increases. We arrange the two equipment face to face to realize the operation of one person and two machines, which greatly improves the production efficiency and the quality is well guaranteed.
The second problem: the CNC machining sequence is unreasonable
Some CNC machining operators often arrange the machining sequence in consideration of some problems in machining preparation very unreasonable. CNC machining is generally processed in accordance with the requirements of conventional processing technology, such as first coarse and then fine (tool change), first inside and then outside, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, etc., so as to improve the processing quality and efficiency.
Careful use of G00 (G26, G27, G29) rapid positioning command G00 brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if it is set and used improperly, it will often cause overshoot when returning to zero due to excessive speed setting, decrease in accuracy, and strain on the guide rail of the equipment. If the zero-to-zero line is inadvertent, it is prone to collision safety accidents between workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when using the G00 command, it should be considered carefully and not arbitrarily.
The third question: Strengthening program retrieval and testing
In CNC machining, special attention should be paid to strengthening program retrieval and debugging . When the program enters the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → movement keys to carry out uncertain retrieval, and modify the program as needed to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal processing of the program, the program trial run (open) must be carried out to determine whether the processing process conforms to the design process.
The above three points are prone to problems in CNC machining operations. In fact, we will also encounter some other size problems in actual work, but, As long as we conscientiously master the relevant knowledge and technology of CNC machining, we will be able to maximize the interests of the enterprise.
