c. When determining the placement position of the workpiece on the worktable, consideration should be given to the influence of the processing of each station, the length of the tool and the stiffness of the tool on the processing quality.
d. The fixtures used in the control processing should be assembled by common components as much as possible and can be adjusted to shorten the production preparation period.
2. Arrangement of processing sequence
When arranging the processing sequence, the basic principles must be followed, including 'face first, then hole', 'coarse first and then fine', etc. In addition to these basic principles, we should also follow the following principles;
a. According to the centralized process of the tool, avoid the repeated use of the same tool and reduce the number and time of tool change.
b. Holes with high requirements on coaxiality should be processed after one positioning, and then the holes at other coordinate positions should be processed, so as to eliminate the errors caused by repeated positioning and improve the The coaxiality of the hole system.
c. Select the determined tool point and the tool change point. Once determined, it should not be replaced.
