CNC machining safety operation rules

by:Jingte     2022-06-18

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and transmission system of the machine tool, lubrication parts, electrical and other basic knowledge and use and maintenance methods. The operator must pass the examination before operating.

Second, before work:

1. Check that the amount of oil in the oil storage part of the lubrication system should meet the regulations;

2. Clothing, sleeves, work caps and protective glasses must be tightened. The correctness of the position of each handle should be checked during work, and the changing handle should be kept in the positioning position. It is strictly forbidden to wear scarves, gloves, skirts and sandals , High-heeled shoes on duty operation. Gloves are strictly prohibited when working.

3. Check the fuselage, guide rails and main sliding surfaces. If there are obstacles, tools, dust impurities, etc., they must be cleaned, wiped clean and oiled.

4. Check the worktable, guide rails and main sliding surfaces for new pulling, grinding and bumping, and make a record if any.

5. Check that the safety protection, braking (stop) and reversing devices should be complete and intact.

6. Check that operating valves, switches, etc. should be in non-working positions. Flexible, accurate and reliable.

7. Check that the tool should be in the non-working position. Check whether the tool and blade are loose, and check whether the operation panel is abnormal.

8. Check that the electrical distribution box should be closed firmly and the electrical grounding is good.

Three, do it seriously at work:

1. Stick to the post, operate meticulously, and do not do anything unrelated to work. Stop the machine when leaving the machine for some reason.

2. Process according to process regulations. Do not arbitrarily increase the amount of feed and cutting speed. It is not allowed to use the equipment beyond specification, overload and overweight.

3. The first piece to be processed should be checked for movement and tool interference prevention, in the order of 'dry run'.

4. It is not allowed to install the taper hole of the main shaft of the equipment, and install the thimble, tool sleeve, etc. that do not match its taper or hole diameter, and that the surface is notched and unclean.

5. The milling tool does not leave the workpiece and is not allowed to stop.

6. Tools and workpieces should be properly clamped and fastened. Do not injure the equipment during loading and unloading.

7. Keep the knives sharp, and the wear should be replaced in time.

8. It is not allowed to disassemble the safety guards on the machine without authorization, and the equipment without safety guards is not allowed to work.

9. When driving, no tools or other irrelevant objects should be placed on the workbench, and the operator should be careful not to make the tool collide with the workbench.

10. Always remove dust and oil on the equipment, and keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface and positioning reference surface clean.

11. Pay close attention to equipment operation and lubrication. If abnormal phenomena such as malfunction, vibration, heat, crawling, noise, odor, bumps, etc. are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue working after troubleshooting.
